About the Agent, Peter Filber
I'm passionate about serving customers and finding the right coverages with the best carrier available. I've been in the insurance industry for 18 years with Allstate. I was consistently a top performer, both locally and nationally, being a top 100 agent nationally on several occasions. My customer satisfaction rating led the State amongst Allstate agents five of the last six years.
My journey in the insurance world began with my enlistment in the US Navy active duty and then reserve duty. I graduated with Cum Laude honors from UWM with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communications. I went on to obtain my Masters in Business and graduated with Summa cum Laude honors from Cardinal Stritch University.
After I left the Navy, and prior to attending UWM, I had a life altering car accident. I was in a head on collision that required several surgeries and left me with a newly found respect for the insurance world. I saw it as a force for good in our lives!
After ten years in the corporate world I choose to be a business owner with Allstate Insurance. Allstate provided me with the opportunity to learn more about how insurance serves the greater needs of society. I chose to start my own Independent Agency because today's marketplace has changed dramatically since 2005, and I felt that having far more choices would better serve customers for years to come.
